Theatretrain creates a safe environment to engage in role-playing scenarios to practice assertive communication. We also believe in listening attentively while the child or young person is speaking, validating their feelings and concerns.
🧐 Emotional Intelligence is the ability to understand, use, and manage emotions in themselves and others. It encompasses self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills. At Theatretrain we create a safe space for expressing feelings, developing emotional vocabulary, and encouraging empathy and perspective-taking.
