The history of Theatretrain

We're on a journey of discovery

Theatretrain brings together the performing arts to make theatre. To tell stories through sound, movement and feelings in time and speed to make very special performances.  Theatretrain is the only young people’s theatre company that has made large-scale theatre for 30 years.

Theatretrain works on the key skills for the performer. Individual process skills in dancing, singing and acting.  Group production skills in team-based performances. The crossover of movement, voice, storytelling and creativity bring huge benefits for the theatre training.
