This week, we’re making history. For the first time in our 32-year journey, we’re offering something truly extraordinary – a free franchise! No hidden agendas, no tricks, and no scams – just a genuine opportunity to join a movement that changes lives. You might be thinking, “What’s the catch?” But there isn’t one. This offer comes from a passionate belief in the impact we can have on children and young people.
Over the years, we’ve stepped up our game. We’ve strengthened our back office, expanded our creative support, and proudly earned our place as the number one provider of part-time performing arts training in the country. It’s a bold claim, but we back it up with real results.
We have a rich national and international performance history, one that stands unmatched. With over 100 large-scale performances, including 13 at the iconic Royal Albert Hall and 3 at the O2 Arena, we’ve made our mark. We’ve represented Great Britain at many international festivals including twice at the World Festival of Children’s Theatre, and have evolved into a fully digitalized operation that supports both our creative staff and company directors.
But this isn’t just about numbers or accolades. It’s about the lives we’ve reached, and the students we’ve empowered. Our programme is delivered by highly skilled creatives who embody the Theatretrain Way, sharing knowledge and collaborating in our annual conferences. We have a vision to create a genuine difference in this world, for young people. In a society that often overlooks them, young people deserve a space where they can feel safe, seen, and celebrated. A place for their dreams to take flight and their voices heard. A place where they learn skills that will shape their future but also in the here and now step onto a stage and shine.
Take Stacey, for example. A once-shy, withdrawn student who barely spoke a word. Today, she’s confident and happy, standing tall and proud. Her story isn’t rare – it’s at the heart of what we do. That’s the reason we put energy into this work, and why our Trustpilot reviews show such gratitude and praise. And now, in partnership with The Stage Newspaper, we’re inviting others to be a part of this journey.
Who Are We Looking For?
We’re searching for dynamic, passionate people who have a love for the performing arts and a belief in the power of theatre. People who understand that young people need more than a classroom – they need a space to explore, create, and grow. This opportunity isn’t for everyone. It’s for those who feel a spark when they see a young person take the stage for the first time. It’s for those who want to turn Saturday mornings into a place of creativity, where transformation happens before their eyes.
Do you know someone with the heart, the drive, and the vision to inspire the next generation? Someone ready to make a real difference? If so, pass this on. This might just be the chance they’ve been waiting for.
