This past weekend marked a very special moment for our Group 2 performers as they took to the stage in Frozen Jr for their very first stand-alone shows, without Group 1 or Group 3 — and they rose to the challenge magnificently.
With four performances and two casts, this was a huge undertaking, and every single performer involved should be incredibly proud. Watching these young performers carry an entire production themselves — with confidence, commitment, and joy — was genuinely magical.From the very start, the ensemble filled the stage with strong vocals and energy, guiding the audience through this much-loved story with clarity and warmth. Our young leads brought real presence and character to their roles, while the supporting cast and ensemble worked beautifully together to create a feel-good, engaging production. Every performer had their moment to shine, and each one stepped up to the challenge.
Given the age of these performers, the level of professionalism, focus, and teamwork shown across all performances was outstanding. Both casts were perfectly matched, delivering consistently high standards throughout the weekend.
This production was a milestone not just for Group 2, but for the entire Theatretrain community — a huge step forward, a celebration of growth, and a wonderful reminder of just how capable these young performers are when given the opportunity.
