With over 320 students attending her schools each week, Jess has built a reputation for delivering an exceptional customer experience. For seven consecutive years, her students have taken Ofqual-regulated performing arts exams through StageSchool (RSL), proudly maintaining a 100% pass rate. Many have progressed to renowned performing arts colleges through scholarship opportunities made possible by Theatretrain. Her centres consistently achieve the ‘Centre of Excellence’ award, a recognition of her outstanding standards in teaching, safeguarding, and operational management.
Operationally, Jess runs her schools with efficiency and heart. Strong financial results, excellent staff retention, and consistent branding reflect her high standards. She maintains clear communication with families through newsletters, social media, and termly updates, ensuring they feel fully engaged and valued.
