Over the past 30 years Theatretrain has put young peoples’ performances first, pioneered by the lifelong achievements of our Artistic Director and Founder, Kevin Dowsett, who has taught a generation of actors including Kelly Brook and Catherine Tate and Denise Gough.
Our Performing Arts Sessions In Basingstoke
Our theatre sessions take place at Everest Community Academy, Basingstoke.
We pride ourselves on the fact that we have a very open, friendly and safe environment
for children to feel comfortable and at ease at all times.
Main Company (Ages 6-18)
Develop Lifelong Theatrical & Performance Skills The Fun Way
Sessions are divided into the following age groups: 6-9-year-olds, 9-12-year-olds and 13-18-year-olds. They become rehearsals for performances later in the year.

Junior Ensemble: TT Minis (Ages 4-5)
Fun Foundation Theatre Training For Little Ones
In this 90-minute session, your young performer will participate in all three disciplines and learn the basic skills of storytelling, imagination and stagecraft.

- Saturday 10am - 11.30am

Advanced Acting (ages 9-18)
Develop Lifelong Theatrical & Performance Skills The Fun Way
This weekly 90-minute unique session is dedicated to drama, acting and theatre. Covering many aspects of performance, this session is aimed at those that want to improve and excel and who have a real passion for acting.

- Wednesday 6.30pm - 8pm
