The Theatretrain Way puts theatre back into the performing arts. Along with technical performance skills in acting, singing and dancing, young people get the chance to release their creativity in a safe and friendly place. Here, in an environment nurturing confidence and empathy, our students can expand to be more than they ever thought they could be. Rhiannon Stoddart
Company Director
I have been dancing since the age of three, and from a young age I have always had a passion for singing, dancing and acting.
In 2022, I graduated from the Bristol Institute of Performing Arts (BIPA) with a BA (Hons) degree in Musical Theatre.
After graduating, I spent three years teaching dance and loved every minute of it, developing a real passion for helping others grow in confidence and ability.
In September 2025, I took a huge leap and launched Theatretrain Gloucester—and it’s honestly the best thing I’ve ever done. I’m so proud to have created not just a school, but a real family environment where young people feel supported, encouraged, and free to be themselves. Watching them grow in confidence, build friendships, and truly shine is what makes it all so special.

Millie Flanders
Musical Director
Hi, I’m Millie, and I’m beyond excited to be joining TheatreTrain! I’ve been singing since before I could talk – music is the way I express myself and it is a huge and special part of my life. I graduated from Stagedoor Learning in July 2025 with a BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma in Performing Arts. I am so passionate about acting, dancing, and singing in particular, and I truly believe that everybody should have the opportunity to get involved in the arts if it’s something they love as much as I do! I thrive on stage, and I am so ecstatic and grateful to be able to share the magic of musical theatre with younger people.

Tilly Cresswell
Director of Acting
My journey on the stage started from a young age with dance classes, which then grew into a love for all things theatre – from performing to watching it.
In 2024, i graduated from the University of Chichester Conservatoire with a BA Honours degree in Acting for Film.
I’m excited to start this new adventure as the Director of Acting and cannot wait to share my passion and watch the students grow as performers!

Jessie Howe
Choreographer
I’ve been dancing for 14 years and teaching for the past 2, and in that time, choreography has become one of my biggest passions. I’ve created routines in a variety of styles and for dancers of all ages – from high-energy group pieces to more expressive, story-driven work.
What I love most about choreography is the chance to bring music to life and help dancers connect with movement in their own way. Whether I’m teaching a class or putting together a performance, I aim to make the process creative, supportive, and fun – while still pushing for growth and strong results.
Dance has shaped so much of who I am, and I’m excited to keep learning, evolving, and sharing that journey with others through every piece I create.

Bella Young
Junior Ensemble Director
Performing has always been one of the greatest loves of my life. From learning my Grandma’s old show girl songs to being the front of the pantomime cow to performing full scale musicals with a west end director, my journey in the performing world has been crazy and wonderful.
In 2023 I graduated from Stage Door Learning with a Level 3 BTEC Extended in Performing Arts which was graded as Distinction* Distinction* Distinction. I then continued my training at Italia Conti where I achieved a Level 4 in Acting. I am now studying a BEd in Primary Education at the University of Gloucester as I found I have a passion for inspiring the next generation.
I am excited to begin this adventure at Theatretrain in a dream job that combines both my love of performing and the joys of getting work with young people
