Hitchin, Letchworth and Stevenage end of term Sharing

At the end of our Autumn term every year we invite parents into our classes for a ‘work in progress’ presentation.

This is not a show or a performance but more of a sneak peek into what goes on in our weekly classes.

Each age group presents a piece of drama, dance and singing that may or may not be finished. The teachers may introduce the pieces, help and step in at any point.

At Theatretrain from September to the end of January we work on Process Skills. We are teaching our student how to dance act and sing. From Feb onwards we turn to our production skills where we are introducing the concept of an audience and how to use those skills to create a performance.

For now, why not check out these small clips from this years end of term sharing!

Theatretrain, a nationwide provider of weekend theatre schools for young people aged 4-18, specialises in weekly classes in acting, singing, and dancing. An emphasis is placed on learning valuable life skills such as confidence, empathy, courage, and resilience. If you know a child who loves to dance, act and sing or could do with a little confidence boost why not visit to find out what our performing arts classes can offer your child at one of our 80 locations across the UK.
