Hi, I'm Maria!
Hi, I’m Maria! I’m the Company Director here at Theatretrain Clacton, where my job is to ensure your children are enjoying their professional theatre training in a fun and creative way.
I take pride on the centre being a happy family, I like to know all pupils individually and cater to their strengths and any weakness they may have. Friendliness is above and beyond at Clacton

Maria Tedder
Theatre Director
Maria has taught drama at the centre since it opened in 2008 she loves watching the pupils grow into characters on stage and has done many workshops including Hairspray, Oliver, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and Mamma Mia, Maria has written her own show as well as teaching many musicals.

Dawn Holmes
Musical Director
Dawn is a fantastic teacher and has been teaching for over 20 years, she was one of our first singing teachers at our centre and luckily she has come back with her amazing voice and teaching methods, Dawn is kind, calm mannered and loves teaching singing.

Emma Tedder
Choreographer
Emma started at Theatretrain when she was just 6 years old, she has performed at The London Palladium, The O2, Theatre Royal Drury Lane and Disneyland. Emma has taught in Theatretrain for 8 years and can teach many styles of dance, Emma can teach singing and drama also.
